EMRCheck EHR Evidence Research Library Version 1.2 | Research date November 5, 2026 | America/New_York Open index.html in a browser. It is self-contained and makes no external requests unless you open a source link. Search/filter by EHR, category, source type, jurisdiction, result, or history-review level. A checkbox shows only this expansion. Print the current filtered view or download JSON. CONTENTS 46 reviewed source records: 32 judicial records, 2 enforcement records, 7 technical documents, 3 rule/guidance records, 1 settlement record, 1 docket-only record. 4 leads and 4 exclusions are outside that count. 13 state jurisdictions appear in judicial records. Counts are records, not unique cases or claims of binding precedent. FILES index.html — searchable reading library library-data.json — structured data, history checks, and research queue source-notes/ — individual research notes with sources, locators, and history gaps SEARCH-PROMPT.txt — reusable prompt for other research systems EXPANSION-AND-HISTORY.txt — new material and bounded history-check report ORIGINAL-SOURCES.json — provenance and hashes for preserved source PDFs DOCKET-SNAPSHOTS.json — dated official-docket observations sources/ — selected unaltered court PDFs and the incorporated records proposal RELIABILITY Malpractice/record-discovery cases, vendor claims, other records litigation, enforcement, settlements, technical sources, and rules have separate labels. A system tag requires express identification in a reviewed primary source. A brand identified only in a pleading is labeled as such; it does not validate allegations about features. Relevant original court text was read, including filed PDFs reproduced by legal publishers. Selected original court PDFs are preserved unchanged under sources/. ORIGINAL-SOURCES.json lists source URLs and SHA-256 hashes. Other originals remain linked. DOCKET-SNAPSHOTS.json records dated observations. Notes and downloaded copies are not certified court records. No private client file or privileged material was supplied or used. Original-ruling verification and subsequent history are separate. New records show the source coverage, verified events, research date, and unresolved gaps. Older records remain source-reviewed without comprehensive later-history clearance. No source is labeled citator-cleared. Read the linked full ruling and check current history before filing. GAPS - No DrChrono malpractice-liability or vendor-defect judgment verified. Connecticut state records orders are now verified, including metadata requests and search documentation, but the DrChrono identification comes from a related federal complaint, not the state orders. PA-001 is criminal post-conviction discovery. - No ModMed-specific malpractice audit-trail holding verified. ModMed material includes commercial/vendor rulings, privilege, enforcement, technical documentation, and a pending proposed data-breach settlement. - Current complete dockets and comprehensive citators were not available for every matter. Targeted checks and explicit gaps appear in new records; earlier records remain source-reviewed without comprehensive later-history clearance. - Lowe has a verified March 2023 post-remand order, but no verified final outcome. Tahoe’s Florida post-transfer merits outcome is also unverified. - Cavallaro-Kearins remains pending final approval per the administrator as viewed Nov. 5, 2026; the signed preliminary approval order was not retrieved. - Not exhaustive. Public indexing omits sealed, unpublished, unreported, paid-docket, and state trial materials. - Anand ECF 427 is located by exact docket entry and official retrieval URL; its original PDF is not available in RECAP and requires PACER sign-in. Its suppression reasoning remains unverified under the free-source constraint. - Connecticut official trial/appellate dockets were reviewed Nov. 5, 2026; no certification petition is listed in the displayed appeal field. No subsequent judicial finding of complete production or comprehensive negative-treatment citator clearance was verified. UPDATING Preserve stable IDs, precise source URLs/locators, EHR-identification evidence, authority status, allegation/finding distinctions, and history events/gaps. Return verified new material and unverified leads separately using SEARCH-PROMPT.txt. The local rebuild script remains in work/research.
